Paula Hyman

Paula Hyman is a former bar grader of essays and performance tests for the Committee of Bar Examiners. She is the creator and primary instructor of Fastpass Bar Review Tutorials.

Paula has been a personal tutor of bar applicants since 1982 and has successfully assisted hundreds in their quest for membership in the California Bar.

She has had great success with first time takers and repeat takers alike. Many of her students have overcome serious obstacles such as learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder, English as a second language, etc.

Paula worked for Continuing Education of the Bar (C.E.B.) for many years.  She graduated from Golden Gate University, School of Law in 1981 with the highest possible honors.  Her undergraduate degree in English was conferred in 1973, cum laude, from the State University of New York, in Buffalo.
